Courage Beyond the Mat

The mats came alive in Cocoa on September 26, 2026, as martial artists from schools across the community gathered for the 2026 Teal Tournament, creating an exciting day filled with powerful kicks, precise techniques, determined competitors, and enthusiastic support from instructors, families, and teammates.

Throughout the tournament, students stepped beyond their regular training environments to test their skills, embrace new challenges, and celebrate the progress they have earned through dedication and countless hours of practice, while demonstrating the discipline, confidence, sportsmanship, and camaraderie that define the martial arts community.

More than a day of competition, the Teal Tournament brought schools and families together for a meaningful purpose, channeling the strength and spirit of martial artists toward supporting ovarian cancer research and individuals fighting cancer, making every match, every effort, and every show of support part of a memorable day on and beyond the mats.
